So what to do? Collective’s Health & Wellness program was designed specifically for students at this stage of life. Here they’ll find yoga, workouts, recipes and mindfulness techniques that are customizable and available 24/7. They’ll feel better, be more productive and maybe even smile a whole lot more.
Co.Work
Coffee shops are for plugging in your laptop. At Co.Work we’ve built a unique, co-working community where you can access more than just a desk. You also get access to business events, speakers and networking opportunities, like-minded entrepreneurs and yes, damn fine coffee too. It’s more than co-working, it’s an opportunity for growth. A creative environment filled with energy and enthusiasm. Membership levels vary from floating desks to conference rooms access, stage, studio and Peloton use all in our 24-hour, contemporary work spaces.
Collective X
X really does mark the spot. The spot where the campus experience has been reimagined. Introducing Collective X. Our digital-first model for lifelong learning and skills development. We partner with student housing developers, higher-ed institutions, and other community stakeholders to create an ecosystem that enhances learning outside the classroom. We are leading the shift in higher education to a more flexible hybrid model, merging experiential remote learning with face-to-face instruction.

A conscious approach to growing startups with the mentorship, resources, network and environment they need to launch, fund and grow. Here you’ll receive access to an investor syndicate, customized curriculum and coaching, tailored mentorship pairings and full-service innovation services.
Embarq Studios
You’ve got great ideas to build your brand and, you not only know that content is king, but you need lots of it. You also know that you lack the tools and solutions to capitalize and grow your audience network. That’s where we come in. Embarq produces high-quality content quickly and easily so you’ll have a consistent stream of ongoing content at your fingertips. We’ll also help you target and promote it.
